Operating from 1886 to 1986, this vintage theater was one of the many vaudeville house-style theaters that once littered the downtown metropolitan area. Since the theater’s closure up until 2011, multiple retail stores operated their businesses from the theater’s main lobby.

Despite numerous attempts to save the existing structure, a large snow storm In February of 2023 caused a significant portion of the main auditorium to collapse, thus ensuring that the building will never see use as a theater again.
